Job summary

Sephora at the Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to inspect, monitor and maintain facility and equipment, performing major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment under the direction of the Maintenance/Facilities Manager.

This role involves working with local service providers, inspectors and other technicians to ensure overall building and equipment performance, with preventive maintenance on MHE, conveyors and HVAC, while

Qualifications

• 6 months PLC logic experience with uploading/downloading PLCs.
• Associate degree in Industrial or Maintenance Tech preferred + 2 years in facilities/distribution or 4 years maintenance experience.
• Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance experience.
• Experience using Lock-out/Tag-out and OSHA regulations.
• Extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Welding and/or fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyors and building HVAC systems.
• Assess, perform, and document repairs and adjustments.
• Complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades.
• Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training for maintenance and sanitation.
• Comply with safety policies and report violations.
• Maintain flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
