The Maintenance Technician III will perform a broad range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, delivering safe, reliable service to residents and sustaining a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, residents, and vendors

Qualifications

EPA 608 Certification (Refrigerant Management) required.
High school diploma or GED required.
5 years maintenance/construction background preferred.
Must be able to travel daily between properties.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
Excellent communication with residents, team members and vendors.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC diagnostics, repair and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and components as needed.
Inspect and repair electrical systems, wiring and breakers.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain repairs to residents.
