Job summary

AZEK Exteriors in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to join our 24/7 manufacturing team. Starting pay is $32.75 per hour. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience, with forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

The schedule is 2/2/3 with every other weekend. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude is essential. You will generate and document work orders, maintain extensive equipment records, and help develop maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance tech.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain Forklift Certification.
• Flexible work schedule including every other weekend.
• Self-directed and able to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and proactively detect problems; recommend repair or maintenance.
• Generate work orders and document details in CMMS or records.
• Oversee and enforce proper record-keeping of maintenance activities.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and proactive maintenance programs.
• Participate in projects such as installation, remodeling or renovation.
• Discuss staff-related challenges with senior management.
• Provide day-to-day equipment maintenance support.
