Job summary

AZEK Exteriors in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to perform maintenance on facility systems and equipment. The role offers a night shift from 6:30pm to 6:45am in a 2/2/3 schedule with every other weekend off, and a starting pay of $32.75/hr plus a 10% shift differential, effectively $36.03/hr.

A $2,250 retention bonus is awarded, paid at milestones, with opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role is required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is required.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 manufacturing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems (heating, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.).
• Generate and update work orders; document repairs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management.
