Job summary

Versatex in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations. The day shift runs 6:15am to 7:00pm on a 2/2/3 schedule, with working every other weekend.

The successful candidate will diagnose electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic problems, perform preventive maintenance, generate work orders and assist with equipment installations and renovations. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings; strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities to detect problems and recommend repairs.
• Generate work orders and assign tasks to qualified team members.
• Maintain inventory of materials and spare parts.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Participate in equipment installation, remodeling or renovation projects.
