Job summary

The AZEK Company in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. Starting pay is $32.75 per hour plus a 10% shift differential, yielding $36.03 per hour, with a $2,250 retention bonus payable over the first year.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of experience, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; forklift certification preferred and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position are required.
• Completion of a two-year Maintenance Certification course preferred.
• Forklift experience required or ability to obtain certification.
• Must be self-directed and able to multitask in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as maintenance technician or similar role.
• Maintain building systems (heating, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.).
• Inspect facilities to detect problems and recommend repairs.
• Generate work orders and assign tasks using CMMS like e-Maint.
• Keep inventory of materials and spare parts.
• Develop maintenance procedures and proactive programs.
• Participate in projects such as installation or renovation.
• Communicate status to senior management and cross-functional teams.
