Invitation Homes Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Riverview, Wesley Chapel and Lutz areas in the Tampa market. You will perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes while delivering outstanding resident service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2-5+ years in residential maintenance, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license. HVAC/EPA certifications are a plus, and a team‑oriented, safety‑minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5+ years' proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance, or related field.
• OSHA 10 certification required or in process (within 90 days).
• EPA Type I/II/Universal or HVAC certs a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote quality living experience for residents.
• Perform proactive maintenance during ProCare visits and schedule follow-up visits via mobile app.
