Job summary

Residentialmanagementfl is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Make-Ready Tech to support our apartment community. You will handle electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, and HVAC tasks to prepare units for residents, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with a team, coordinate with vendors, and strive to minimize costs. Must have a driver's license, high school diploma, HVAC certification, and ability to replace units.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC certification and ability to replace units.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments and perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Prepare apartments for move-in in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and make cost-effective decisions.
• Support on-call rotations and weekend work as needed.
