Job summary

Maymont Homes in Land O’ Lakes/Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ongoing upkeep across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. You will diagnose and complete repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general home systems, using mobile devices and work-order systems to document work promptly.

You will coordinate with dispatch and vendors, maintain tools and inventory, support renovations and quality checks, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 3+ years of residential maintenance or related field.
• Skills: strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home systems.
• Complete and document work orders promptly using mobile devices and systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and assist with renovations and quality checks.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold company values in all interactions.
