Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain Oleson Woods Apartments and Village at Washington Square in Tigard, OR. The role covers repairs, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks across 58 units, with a focus on detail and reliable work order management.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, stipends, and paid time off. A Skills Assessment may be required prior to offer.

Qualifications

• One year in Maintenance Technician I or two years of maintenance technician experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and flooring.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and read/write English communications.
• Understand landlord/tenant laws and avoid discriminatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting) and janitorial tasks at 58-unit properties.
• Maintain cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
• Manage work orders using technology under guidance of experienced staff.
• Complete after-hours emergencies as needed and ensure safety protocols.
