Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our on-site team in Oregon. You will manage apartment make-readies, conduct inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure grounds/amenities meet standards while upholding safety and Fair Housing obligations.

Responsibilities include supporting the Community Manager with budget planning, reporting, and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license; OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance repair experience.
• Valid Driver's License; OSHA certification preferred; Pool certification preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage apartment make-ready process with inspections, repairs, painting and vendor scheduling.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to property standards.
• Oversee unit turnovers, inspections, work orders and pool maintenance where applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
• Provide high-quality resident service and maintain on-site attendance.
• Assist Community Manager with budgeting and maintenance reporting.
