Job summary

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Minerva Plaza Apartments in Portland, OR. This part-time role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping and janitorial duties to keep 15 units clean and functional.

You should have 1 year in Tech I or 2 years of related maintenance experience, with strong time management and safety awareness. Benefits available after 30 days, 16–19 weekly hours, and a $22–$24 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Maintenance Technician I or 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow instructions with or without supervision.
• Ability to read, write and understand written communications and directions.
• Basic knowledge across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and related trades.
• Maintain landscaping, parking areas, and daily cleanliness of the property.
• Assist with janitorial tasks and common area upkeep, including laundry room.
• Manage work orders using technology and coordinate with team as needed.
