Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform daily upkeep across Woodland Hearth in Tigard, OR and Plambeck Gardens in Tualatin, OR. The role includes repairs, landscaping, and cleaning responsibilities for two lease-up properties with a 40-hour work week.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $24.00–$26.00 with a monthly $50 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Benefits begin after 30 days, with health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) employer match.

Qualifications

• One year in Housekeeping Porter or one year of maintenance experience in property management for commercial or multi-family properties preferred.
• Janitorial experience is preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience is preferred (if applicable).
• Motivation, time management, and the ability to follow instructions working alone or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and flooring installation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at Woodland Hearth (63 units) and Plambeck Gardens (116 units).
• Assist with repairs including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing tasks under guidance of experienced staff.
• Manage work orders using technology and prioritize tasks effectively.
