CRMG is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City, OR. You will perform daily upkeep, repairs, pool maintenance and janitorial tasks across a 296-unit community, coordinating with senior staff and managing work orders using technology.

The role requires reliability, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• One year in Maintenance Technician I or two years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Pool maintenance experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a pressure washer safely.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleaning of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking and trash areas.
• Carry out repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance tasks.
• Manage work orders and coordinate with team; handle after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Maintain pool and related equipment and ensure safety standards.
