Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform comprehensive upkeep at the Pioneer Ridge community in Oregon City, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance and janitorial tasks. You will handle work orders, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with a team as needed.

This role requires attention to detail and reliable transportation for on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• One year in the Maintenance Technician I position or two years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management for commercial or multi-family properties.
• Pool maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate power washing equipment.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record for work-related errands.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at Pioneer Ridge.
• Manage work orders using technology and communicate needs clearly.
