Job summary

CRMG seeks a Maintenance Technician II to maintain buildings and grounds at East Burnside, Hillsdale, Beaverton, and Tigard communities. You’ll handle repairs, landscaping, and janitorial duties, with an emphasis on detail and efficient work order management.

Responsibilities span electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative care, with a 40-hour workweek. Aiming to contribute to a well-run portfolio, you’ll join an organization expanding its property management footprint.

Qualifications

• One year in the Maintenance Technician I position or two years of maintenance experience.
• Janitorial experience is preferred.
• Motivation, time management, and ability to follow instructions alone or in a team.
• Knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall, and flooring installation/repair.
• Experience operating a pressure washer.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Read/write and understand written and verbal communications.
• Understand landlord/tenant laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and essential maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain the upkeep of buildings, amenities, parking, and common areas across multiple properties.
• Manage work orders using technology and coordinate with team members.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
