Job summary

CRMG is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for Oleson Woods and Village at Washington Square in Tigard, OR. The role performs daily upkeep, repairs, landscaping, and janitorial tasks across 58 units, following established safety rules and processes.

The position offers full-time hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a $24.00–$26.00 hourly rate, plus a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Maintenance Technician I or 2+ years in maintenance experience, preferably property management.
• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Motivation and time management; ability to follow instructions in solo or team settings.
• Knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall and flooring installation/repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and flooring as part of daily maintenance.
• Conduct landscaping, janitorial, and general upkeep of 58 apartment units.
• Manage work orders and use technology for tracking tasks.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and maintain safe work practices.
