UniFirst Corp. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech II to join our team in the Maintenance Department. The role involves repairs, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems and components with a standard Monday-Friday work week and occasional night/weekend overtime.

On-the-job training is provided. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a 2-year technical degree preferred, and experience reading blueprints.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must pass maintenance knowledge assessment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot equipment problems by observation and testing.
• Assist other maintenance staff with repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and control systems.
• Follow blueprints, manuals and engineering specs.
• Test boiler chemical and wastewater pre-treatment systems.
