Neighborly Communities is seeking two Maintenance Technician I to join our team at The Grove in Oregon. You will perform routine repairs, assist with make-readies, and help maintain grounds and common areas to ensure high standards for residents.

Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication; and a commitment to safety and Fair Housing compliance. Team-oriented with reliable on-site attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance repair experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance repairs in Neighborly Communities properties.
• Assist with apartment make-ready process and turnovers.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to property standards.
• Coordinate and conduct inspections (monthly/biannual/annual).
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work areas.
• Provide excellent resident service and on-site reliability.
