Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Portland properties. The role involves unit turns, routine preventive maintenance, and coordinating with leasing and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, can perform appliance repairs, and holds CAMT/CPO certifications as a plus. On-site work is required with after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a maintenance role.
• 1+ years in multifamily property management preferred.
• Intermediate unit turns and appliance repair experience.
• Basic English data entry into software programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers for seamless communication.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA/SDS guidelines.
• Diagnoses and performs minor repairs in homes and throughout the property.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs and services.
• Emergency on-call is required.
• Delivers excellent customer service to residents.
