Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Kings Villages, a 313-unit affordable community in Pasadena, CA. You will perform maintenance across apartments, common areas, and grounds.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC basics, with a valid driver's license. On-call availability is required, with typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• A current driver's license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections; handle service orders.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal; manage snow removal, landscaping, trash.
• Be on-call for emergencies as scheduled.
