Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our buildings safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while upholding quality and safety standards.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to participate in the emergency on‑call rotation as needed.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests and interact with residents to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within time frames.
• Inspect mechanical systems and grounds, address safety issues with management.
• Conduct advanced routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain common areas and grounds; assist in emergency repairs.
