Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience: 1+ year in property management maintenance or related trade.
• English: ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Computer: basic device operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors; report inventory needs.
• Follow Fairfield safety policies and participate in training; on-call emergencies.
