Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Park Village, a 144-unit residential community. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues, and prepare vacant apartments to welcome new residents.

The role includes participation in the on-call emergency rotation to support resident safety and property standards. You will collaborate with vendors and team members to ensure quality service, maintain common areas and pool areas, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance or property management experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using a Make Ready approach.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect property, common areas, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and residents; assist with notices as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation and follow safety policies.
