Job summary

EPT SPE LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician II in San Mateo, CA. In this full-time role, you'll maintain essential building systems and respond to resident maintenance requests promptly. You should have at least 2 years of experience in property maintenance and a strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of approximately $26.92–$31.25, a full benefits package, 12 paid holidays, and a housing discount of 20% for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• HVAC and/or CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to use a personal smart device for property management applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and building systems.
• Prepare vacant units for incoming residents.
