Job summary

Action Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician II for our San Francisco properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of high-rise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and life-safety systems. A CA driver’s license and strong mechanical aptitude are essential.

Expected compensation ranges from $36.00 to $38.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, plus on-call. Join a team that keeps HOA communities safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General equipment maintenance or related fields experience required.
• Valid CA driver's license required.
• HVAC coursework or certification preferred/required.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Fire pump testing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair common areas and amenities for HOA communities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting per manuals.
• Inspect and test mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Repair walls/woodwork, carpentry, painting, and light refurbishments.
• Support in-unit HVAC filter changes and safety tasks as directed.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise third-party movements.
• Log work orders, preventive maintenance, and inventory.
