Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a maintenance technician to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair, ensuring resident safety and comfort. The role supports safety, wellbeing, and daily operations across campus.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and on-call availability, requiring use of hand tools, teamwork, and safety protocol adherence. Previous maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and relevant certifications required.
• 1+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests per supervisor guidance.
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify safety issues and repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools; maintain tools in safe condition.
• Assist with event setups, deliveries, and moves as needed.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Be available for on-call shifts.
