Job summary

Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks across our facility. You will troubleshoot building systems and ensure safety and comfort for residents and staff.

You will use hand and power tools, diagnose issues, assist with event setups, and participate in our on‑call schedule while continuing to expand trade knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of machinery, equipment and systems within the maintenance field.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work orders.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety, cleanliness and identify necessary repairs.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain tools and equipment for safe operation.
• Assist with event set-ups, deliveries and moves; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Be willing to learn and expand trade knowledge; participate in on-call schedule.
