Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a maintenance technician to service facility buildings, grounds and equipment in Tulsa. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot issues and support safety and comfort for residents and staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with applicable certifications, and 1+ years of experience. On-call availability is expected, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and applicable field certifications.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete work requests and preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and repairs.
• Use hand and power tools and maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Assist with event setup, deliveries and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Be willing to learn and expand trade knowledge.
• Be available for on-call schedule.
