Job summary

Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and safely operate tools to protect residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and basic certifications, and at least one year of maintenance experience. On-call availability is included.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify repairs and ensure safety.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with event setup, deliveries and moves as needed.
• Be available for on-call schedule.
