Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance and preventative tasks across their Tulsa and Bixby campuses. The role involves inspecting facilities, diagnosing issues, and repairing a range of equipment while ensuring safety and reliability for residents and staff.

You will work with a team, use hand and power tools, and participate in on-call schedules. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced skill knowledge of machinery, equipment and systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to problem solve and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify repairs.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Support on-call rotations and assist with event setups and moves.
