Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Dublin, CA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems in apartment homes, completing requests promptly to ensure quality living environments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-call on a rotating schedule.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs to standards and on schedule.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
