Job summary

Amherst Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Main Street Renewal properties in the Memphis metro area. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry repairs and other maintenance tasks, walks, and restore property condition.

Require HS Diploma, 2–3 years maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel to properties. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work orders and complete repairs within SLA.
• Gather repair information and ensure supplies are available.
• Schedule tasks and update residents on ETA.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs as needed.
• Document work with before/after photos and track materials.
• Maintain safety and travel to properties in the metro area.
