Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly in emergencies and schedule repairs.
• Perform grounds keeping, painting, carpentry, and basic repairs.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Aid in budget development and ensure it is followed.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for reliability.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Undertake pest control activities as required.
