Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Oxford, ME. You will complete service requests across the property, perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks, and ensure resident safety and satisfaction. A proactive, customer‑service mindset is essential for success.

Responsibilities include inspections, repairs, and preventive work, with on‑site duties and rotating on‑call coverage. EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation is required to respond to service requests.
• Valid HVAC certification: Type II or Universal EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for common areas, occupied and vacant units.
• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect appliances, HVAC systems, fixtures and safety devices and address issues promptly.
• Assist with trash outs, unit turns and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively highlight liabilities.
