Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Forum Flats in Memphis, TN. You will respond to service requests and perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC.

The role requires at least two years of property maintenance and EPA HVAC certifications. You will work with residents and coworkers, clock time, and participate in vacant unit turns.

Travel up to 10% and be prepared for on-site work and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) required or HVAC Certification.
• Effective communication with residents and coworkers.
• Maintain property condition and respond to service requests promptly.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; clocking in/out per policy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical when allowed.
• Perform building maintenance and upkeep of common areas and units.
• Maintain records of time worked and work orders.
• Coordinate with residents and property team for turns and scheduling.
