Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-year experience performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
• Must have a valid California driver's license with clean driving record.
• HVAC, and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in including painting, repairs, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate move-in schedule with management and track unit turns in Yardi.
• Manage open service requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive property environment.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies; assist with safety and compliance.
