Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in Owosso, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and reactive maintenance for our manufacturing plant. You will execute PM schedules, repair equipment to sustain production, and manage spare parts inventory.

This role requires hands-on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills; experience with CMMS, reading drawings, and safety procedures. You will contribute to continuous improvement and work closely with Production staff to ensure

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational School diploma required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to 6 feet.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8+ hours.
• Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, drives).
• Maintain PM schedules and repair work orders; ensure CMMS entries.
• Order replacement parts and control components as needed.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects to boost efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with Production staff to ensure safe operation of plant equipment.
