Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Union City, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain apartment homes and support a high standard of living within our community.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances; perform preventative maintenance; manage on-call rotation; and ensure safety and compliance across the property. A minimum of 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Knowledge of safety policies, SDS and proper chemical use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Completes service requests and repairs per standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner; performs turnkey work.
• Performs preventative maintenance and supports safety culture.
