Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks across apartment communities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Completes service requests and repairs to standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly and performs turnkey work as required.
• Performs preventative maintenance and supports safety policies and procedures.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting and maintains safe operation of systems.
