Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
• Experience with electrical panels and property lighting.
• Capable of maintaining pools and related equipment.
• Ability to inspect units for appearance and report repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment.
• Repairs electrical panels and lighting and manages pool equipment.
• Maintains appliances in apartments and motor controls.
• Performs inventory management and shop maintenance.
