Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance plans and reports.
• Strong customer service mindset and resident interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment.
• Maintains electrical panels and property lighting.
• Serves pools, appliances, plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Performs inventory management and shop upkeep.
• Reports repair needs to Maintenance Supervisor on site.
