Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment.
• Maintains electrical panels and property lighting.
• Serves pools, appliances, plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Performs inventory management and shop upkeep.
• Reports repair needs to Maintenance Supervisor on site.

Essential Functions

Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs the following:

• HVAC equipment
• Electrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lighting
• Pools and pool equipment
• Appliances in apartments
• General plumbing
• General carpentry
• Electric motors, controls and auxiliary equipment
• Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
• Inventory Management and shop maintenance
