Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to help oversee property assets, diagnose and repair across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances at our Birmingham, AL communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with industry-specific technology.
• High School diploma preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Type I certification required.

Responsibilities

• Use property tech tools to prioritize daily maintenance tasks with guidance from supervisors.
• Complete maintenance requests, replacements, and make-readies per standards.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and document compliance.
• Maintain and secure all property-issued tools.
• Support on-call coverage and respond to resident requests per safety guidelines.
