Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to support the upkeep of our multifamily properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances, and assist with make-readies and preventive maintenance.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least two years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I, OSHA knowledge, and own hand tools. You will work with on-site teams, participate in on-call shifts, and ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA section 608 Type I certification for appliances.
• Own or be able to provide industry hand tools.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and make-readies.
• Document work performed and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Maintain security of tools and comply with safety policies.
