BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to support maintenance of residential properties. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and small construction projects.

Strong commitment to customer service and safety is required. You will work under supervision; required to have basic HVAC knowledge, own industry tools, and a High School diploma or GED.

Formación

• General maintenance and safety experience (6 months to 1 year)
• Ability to perform manual, task-oriented work under supervision
• HVAC troubleshooting knowledge and hands-on ability
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools

Responsabilidades

• Assist in diagnosing problems and performing general repairs to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and document activities per BH guidelines.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with apartment make-readies.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas as part of property upkeep.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications; participate in on-call duties.
• Operate and secure property-issued tools and comply with OSHA and safety requirements.
