Job summary

Responsibilities include completing requests within BH standards, assisting with preventive maintenance, and coordinating with the Community and Service Managers to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• Working knowledge of HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of maintenance and repairs to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Complete maintenance requests and routine upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas; assist with make-readies.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions; support Safety Manager and Community Manager.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and BH guidelines.
• Operate and care for property-issued tools and respond to on-call needs.
