Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to assist with oversight of the physical assets and ensuring customer satisfaction at our properties. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and make-readies, and support preventive maintenance and rehab projects.

You will represent the company professionally, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential on-call duties to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with industry tools.
• High School diploma preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I – Appliance certification required.
• Own your own industry hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain tool safety and reporting of hazards.
• Follow OSHA and local code requirements.
