Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support the maintenance and operations of multifamily properties. You will assist with general repairs, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and project work, while maintaining tools and inventory according to BH standards.

The role requires at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, EPA certification, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
Intermediate computer skills required to perform job functions.
Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under minimal supervision and prioritizes tasks.
High School diploma – preferred.
EPA section 608 Type I – Appliance, Type II – HVAC or Universal.
Must provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

Responds to service requests and helps monitor completion within company standards.
Performs HVAC and appliance repairs and assists with make-readies as needed.
Identifies and reports hazards to maintain safety and compliance.
Ensures preventive maintenance programs are implemented and documented.
Maintains security of all property-issued tools.
Supports in managing weekly make-ready schedules and supply needs.
Oversees maintenance operations in the absence of the Service Manager.
Participates in on-call rotation and responds to resident requests per standards.
