Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support daily upkeep across our community. A valid HVAC/EPA certification and a driver’s license are required, with two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.

You will join a team that values reliability, ongoing learning, and a proactive approach to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• EPA/ HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status per company standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per company guidelines.
• Maintain building and common areas; keep grounds neat and litter-free.
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
• Complete special projects as needed.
